and booking procedures shall be used by ICEM SPA in full compliance with principles
of comity, lawfulness and transparency as stated in Legislative Decree No. 196
of 30 June, 2003 Personal Data Protection Code.
Purposes and modalities of data processing.
All procedures that include the collection, retention and processing of personal
data and the objectives of each procedure are summarised below:
1)collection and retention of personal data to provide booking/sales services;
2)use of personal data for marketing and promotional purposes.
Personal data shall be processed by automated means strictly to fulfil the purposes
for which they were collected.
Compulsory or optional authorisation to the handling of personal data and consequences
The provision of personal data for the purposes stated in point 1) is necessary
to fulfil the obligations of a contract in which the data subject is one of the
Parties or to fulfil, prior to the completion of the contract, the data subject’s
specific requests, hence explicit consent is not required in accordance with Art.
No. 24 of Legislative Decree 196/2003.
Authorising the handling of personal data for the purposes stated in point 2 is
not compulsory; should the data subject fail to authorise the handling of his
personal data, such data shall not be used for marketing and promotional purposes.

The data subject’s personal data may be disclosed to the following categories
Subjects entitled to access data in accordance with law or regulations, banks
managing earned receipts and payments, financial institutions, insurance and auditing
undertakings, debt collection agencies, data processing companies and companies
providing IT services, companies managing mail, connected companies, controlled
companies or controlling companies.
The data subject’s personal data shall be processed by those duly authorised by
the person responsible for data processing, including receptionists, management,
Parco dei Principi Grand Hotel & Spa event organisers.
The data subject’s personal data shall not be disclosed.
Rights pursuant to Art. No. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03.
The Data subject has the right to obtain, at any moment, confirmation as to whether
or not personal data relating to him is being held, as well as its content and
origin. Furthermore the Data subject may verify the accuracy and ask for data
relating to him to be updated, modified or deleted and may object for lawful reasons
to its processing.
