The path in the Wet Area, divided into two separate sections for ladies and gentlemen to ensure your privacy, involves the use of: steam room, Finnish and bio sauna, emotional showers, iced fountains, Swedish shower, the impressive swimming pool with chromo therapy, Hydromassage path and a Kneipp path.

The steam reaches a temperature of about 120°F with 100% humidity, while the air is enriched with natural essences.

The moist environment of the steam improves the blood flow, promotes the dilation of the pores, eliminates toxins and impurities from the body and makes the skin smoother and softer, while the salt solution added acts on the respiratory system, improving its activity. In addition, the steam has a relaxing effect at a psycho-physical level. The stay can vary from 10 to 20 minutes.
Then, to get more benefits, we recommend using the emotional showers with a light flow of sprayed water enriched with pleasant fragrances, or the iced fountain and the Swedish shower. This way the body regenerates and reactivates the flood flow, while greatly improving the oxygenation.

Within the gentlemen’s Wet Area you will find the Finnish sauna built strictly with untreated wood. The temperature inside the sauna is around 194°F with 0% humidity. The permanence in the sauna can range from 5 to 15 minutes.
The ladies’ Wet Area hosts a bio-sauna, which, in contrast to the Finnish sauna, is more desirable for women because the indoor temperature is about 132°F with 50% humidity. Enriched with plant extracts and chromo therapy, it allows a longer and more pleasant stay. The recommended permanence time is between 10 and 20 minutes.

We recommend alternating the stay in the sauna with the emotional showers.
