Stefano Marzetti was born in Rome, a city that will influence his education only later on. He
starts his studies and his apprenticeship at a young age, and he works for several
seasons at the famous "Forte Village" in the province of Cagliari.
After completing his studies, he continues his education in various restaurants
and hotels of the Capital City, such as the restaurant "La Pergola" of "Rome Cavalieri"
and "Il Convivio".
In 1999 he was offered the role of Sous Chef at the Relais "Villa Arceno" and
the Relais et Châteaux "Borgo San Felice" (1 Michelin star) before returning to
Rome to begin his cooperation with the restaurant "Antico Arco" that will bring
him to the position of Executive Chef. Always curious and eager to learn, he works
and attends numerous courses in order to continue to grow professionally.
In 2007 he began his adventure at the restaurant "Mirabelle" headed by Mr. Bruno
Borghesi, alongside the former Executive Chef Giuseppe Sestito.
Following this productive cooperation that lasted five years, Marzetti recently
took over the position of Executive Chef of the Mirabelle, in the sign of the
passion and creativity that distinguishes those who love this art and can express
it in such a unique environment.
