Summer is the time when the senses reawaken also at I Due Sud, the gourmet restaurant in Hotel Splendide Royal. In addition to the 5 classic senses, the chef has also designed two additional courses that explore the perception of time and balance, creating a gastronomic journey that can be perceived from different points of view. It begins with Vista (Sight), a monochrome dish that is as striking to look at as it is on the palate.
