Four wines, four courses: a game for wine enthusiasts and gourmet recipes. The evening of Blind Tasting is organised of by the sommelier Simone Ragusa, and he transforms a tasting dinner into a wonderful game: each wine is served blind in conjunction with Chef Domenico Ruberto’s dishes. Guests are questioned about the typology of wines and the end of the evening one diner is crowned the “Sommelier of the evening”, but, in reality, all the guests are winners. What a wonderful experience for those with inquisitive natures. An absolute delight.
