Appointments
Please arrive at the Lifestyle Spa 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment. Slowly get in a pampering mood and enjoy a refreshing beverage or warm tea.
Smartphone
Guests are asked to refrain using mobile phones and keeping it in silent mode while being in the Lifestyle Spa.
Valuables
Lockers are at your disposal in the changing room. We advise you to leave your valuables in a secure place in your room safe or at home. The Lifestyle Spa does not take responsibility for any damage or loss of your valuables.
Sauna area
Indulge yourself to a Finnish sauna with an intimate ambiance and enchanting scents. The steam bath with star dimmed lights will provide you also with that extra relaxing sensation. For your own convenience and hygiene, always use a towel underneath body and feet. Please note that the Sauna area is a nude zone. Towels are provided.
Health conditions
Safety of the guests is priority. Please inform a member of the Spa should you have any health condition such as high blood pressure, allergies or any health-related concerns which requires extra attention. Also, the consumption of alcohol before or directly after going to the Lifestyle Spa is not recommended.
Children
Younger guests under the age of 16 need to be accompanied by an adult at all times in the premises of the Lifestyle Spa.
Safety at the pool
The maximum depth of the pool is of 1.40m. Jumping in it is not permitted. Also please note there is no life guard. Guests are requested to be careful and respect the environment for everyone to enjoy the pool. Children may only use the pool if accompanied by an adult or parent/guardian.
Spa attire
Wear your bathrobe and slippers in the room or carry them along with you and enjoy the Lifestyle Spa.
For your treatment, you will be provided with adequate spa clothing. Alternatively, you may prefer to wear your own. Therapists will always use draping techniques to respect your privacy. For the use of the pool it is necessary to wear an appropriate swimsuit and of suitable size, other clothing is not allowed.
Food
In the relaxation area and in the gym you can rehydrate and refresh yourself with a selection of drinks and fruits. It is not allowed to introduce or consume other foods and drinks within the Spa area.
Pets
Pets are not allowed either in the Spa area or on the outdoor sun terraces.
Cancellation policy
A 100% charge will be incurred for any treatments that are cancelled on the day of treatment.
