Daisy

Sustainability and social responsibility also involve children. For this reason the Splendide has created Daisy, who has become the mascot of the hotel.

Daisy is a young drop of water, a character who aims to stimulate the interest towards sustainability through a few environmentally friendly deeds. She is happy and lives, along with her friend Maji, in the toy cupboard at the Splendide.

The idea of Daisy comes from the belief that we are all like drops of water, belonging to the same ocean. Performing a few eco-friendly actions will reduce the hotel’s environmental impact and enhance the well-being of our societies.

As a present, all young guests receive a plush toy of Daisy or of her friend Maji along with a copy of the Daisy comic booklet named “Daisy in the Kingdom of Zimbalee”. This is the story of the Splendide Shamba project.

When your little one’s pack be sure to make room in your luggage to take a Daisy home with you. One drop at a time Daisy will save the day.
