Elodie Bury

Elodie Bury began her career at the Hilton Arc de Triomphe hotel. Before entering the world of gastronomy, she had experience in Australia at the Shangri-La hotel to improve her English and enrich her know-how. This allowed her to start at the Mandarin Oriental hotel for Chef Thierry Marx when she came back to France.

After this experience, she worked at the Prince de Galles hotel with chef Stéphanie Le Quellec where she found her first mentor, Paulo Lastra, who passed on to her the passion and elegance of serving French gastronomy. She then continued her career at the Hotel Le Clarence with chef Christophe Pelé.
Finally, in February 2022, she takes the reins of Ristorante Tosca – Relais & Chateaux from chef Raffaele de Mase where she brings her generous hospitality and her experience acquired during these years.
