Francesco’s family history is the reason for his passion for gastronomy, his respect for the produce, and the traditional skill that values authentic Italian cuisine that comes straight from the heart.
Francesco, who was born about 40 km from Naples in Santa Agata dei Goti, travelled from south to north, from Naples to Helsinki, but finally settled in Paris. No stranger to the finest Parisian dining establishments, it was at Il Carpaccio, the Michelin-starred Italian restaurant of the Royal Monceau, that he was able to satisfy his passion for quality produce and fine Italian cuisine.
