Our SPA Etiquette

COURTESY KIT
Upon your arrival you will be given a courtesy kit, including bathrobe, a towel, a pair of flip flops and a swimming cap, which is required. The only thing you need to worry about is to bring your own swimming suit.

RESERVATIONS
We recommend booking your entry to the spa and your treatments in advance to coordinate your schedule with the availability of our staff.

CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation or need for a change of time, we kindly ask you to inform us at least 12 hours before the chosen appointment.

LATE ARRIVAL
In case of delay, the duration of your treatment and/or massage will be carried out until the established time so as not to penalize the next client. However, you will be charged the full rate of the service.

MINIMUM AGE FOR SPA ACCESS
The minimum age for the access to the different areas of the spa is as follows:

- Pool area: 4 years old
- Spa Area: 18 years old
- Fitness area: 14 years old
- Beauty area: 18 years old

Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

GENERAL RULES
- It is prohibited to bring food and drinks from outside.
- Smoking is not allowed (including electronic cigarettes).
- Pets are not allowed.
- Valuables should be deposited in the lockers inside the changing room. In case of loss, our spa does not take any responsibility.
- It is forbidden to move around the spa without your bathrobe.
