Terme di Caracalla
When visiting Rome, take a break and explore a truly quiet and peaceful place walking around the grandiose complex of the historical Terme di Caracalla, or Caracalla Baths. A majestic icon of the great beauty of Rome, the baths were once so magnificent they were considered one of the seven marvels of Ancient Rome. The setting is still highly scenic, while the baths were once adorned with mosaics, sculptures, decorative stucco and columns of prized marble and granite. The beauty of these ruins can be toured in the daytime, while on summer nights the area around the Caracalla baths provide seating for open air concerts, operas and plays.

Ostia Antica
Take a journey back in time and visit Ostia Antica, one of the best preserved Roman archaeological sites. Walk among the digs to admire the remains of what were once temples, baths, aristocratic homes and palazzos, storerooms, inns and workshops. When you enter the famous Terme di Nettuno (Baths of Neptune) you’ll feel like you’ve stepped back in time: from the main terrace you can see a sequence of rooms that include the ancient hot and cold pools, and changing rooms. And, finally, there is also the ancient Roman gym, surrounded by a portico graced with marble columns and lovely mosaics portraying athletes and wrestlers wearing gloves.

Visit the dome of St Peter's
Did you enjoy a relaxing time at the thermal baths? Have you gotten some energy back? Now it’s time to work out by climbing up to the highest point in Rome, the beautiful Dome of St. Peter’s. Go up to an altitude of 133 meters to admire the Eternal City from a viewpoint that is truly privileged! A beautiful sight when seen from afar, the Dome of St Peter’s offers not only a magnificent view of the inside of the Basilica, but also the spectacular panorama over the city of Rome, over Vatican Square, Castel Sant’Angelo and the Tiber river that awaits you is truly one of a kind. Start climbing, the effort of the 537 steps to the top is well worth it!
