Raffaele de Mase – born in 1981 in Naples, with a prestigious curriculum vitae which led him to work with Michelin-starred chefs like Heinz Beck, Michelino Gioia and Salvatore Bianco – leads the kitchen brigade of La Tosca restaurant.

Faithful to classic Italian cuisine, the chef plays with the unmistakable flavours of Mediterranean tradition while enhancing and reinventing them in a creative way. His cuisine is based on techniques and raw materials, always very fresh, and ultimate attention for seasonality and origin of products.
