Booking Conditions, Dress Code and Cancellation

Policy Please note that during dinner service, a smart casual dress code is required in our SkyBar.
Gentlemen are kindly asked to wear long trousers and a collared shirt. Shorts, sleeveless shirts, and flip-flops are not permitted at dinner.

A compulsory consumption is required. At the time of booking, we kindly ask you to review our menu and inform us of any allergies or intolerances, special dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan), gluten-free needs, disliked ingredients, or whether you are celebrating a special occasion (birthday, anniversary, etc.), so that we may tailor the experience to your needs.

Requests not communicated in advance will be accommodated subject to availability.

We are delighted to welcome children and kindly ask parents to supervise them at all times out of consideration for other guests.

In the event of a delay of more than 30 minutes without prior notice, we cannot guarantee the availability of the reserved table. Our cancellation policy requires at least 24 hours’ notice. For cancellations made after this time or in the case of a no-show, a fee of €50 per person will be charged.

Small pets are welcome, provided they are kept under strict supervision for the duration of their stay.
