Born in Sicily but a Roman by adoption, Fabrizio Colaianni has been the Head Sommelier at Mirabelle since 2016.

With a visceral passion for the world of wine and the culture it expresses, after thorough studies and various experiences in Italy and abroad, he has brought his expertise, enthusiasm, and curiosity to this place that boasts a cellar of over 750 references. Each bottle contains a story, and every sip becomes an adventure thanks to his narrative and the sensitive ability to enhance the emotions encapsulated in Chef Marzetti's dishes with always perfect pairings.
